P451 - 10 miles

Meeting point for club events: Riders meet and sign on for races in the layby just south of Warmwell roundabout on the A353 Weymouth road. There is a short ride to the start, so to allow the time keepers to be ready to begin the race on time, all riders must have signed on at least 10 minutes before the start of the race.

Meeting point for open events: CCW open events on the P451 course generally meet and sign on at Broadmayne village hall, Cowleaze Road,about 1 mile from the course start.

Course description: START on A352 220yds East of Warmwell Cross Rbt at point 34yds past 5th drain cover from Rbt. Proceed East on A352 to Burton Cross Rbt (5.28 miles).
Circle and retrace to FINISH at concrete gatepost opposite easternmost break in dual carriageway where footpath crosses road and 0.67 miles east of start.

Course notes: P451 is not the fastest course in the world - (in)famous for it's westerly breeze, virtually every time we use the course there's a tail wind out, and a headwind back.
